Lobster Tail - Broiled

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic***
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley - fine chopped
  • 2 - 5 ounce lobster tails - ask the butcher to split each tail in half

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to the broiler setting.

  2. Slowly whisk the olive oil, salt, garlic, and parsley together.

  3. Lightly brush each split lobster tail with the marinade.

  4. Place the tails, flesh side up on the middle rack, and broil for 5 minutes. (1 minute per ounce) The lobster is finished when it is firm to the touch.
